Razor-sharp Chablis with electric acidity and limestone backbone.
Electric tension from first sip. Crisp green apple mingles with crushed oyster shell. Wet limestone drives the palate with surgical precision. Finish stretches long, bone-dry, mineral-driven. This 2021 shows Dauvissat's signature tautness. Needs three years to soften those angular edges. Pure Chablis DNA.
