Coastal Pinot with electric minerality and wild berry intensity.

Red cherry mingles with wild strawberry. Lilac perfume lifts the nose. Garrigue herbs add complexity. Salt-kissed finish screams proximity to Pacific. Silky tannins frame bright acidity. This 2017 drinks beautifully now but has legs for five more years. Pure expression of fog-cooled fruit.

🍷 You want Burgundian elegance with California sunshine and coastal fog influence.

Pairs with: Duck confit with herbs, Wild mushroom risotto, Grilled salmon with fennel, Aged goat cheese
