Suisun Valley's answer to Northern Rhône syrah with California muscle.

Dense purple-black in the glass, this Grand Durif opens with concentrated blueberry compote and dark chocolate ganache. The palate reveals serious structure wrapped in plush blackberry fruit, accented by cracked black pepper and violet pastilles. Licorice notes emerge on the persistent finish, where fine-grained tannins provide backbone without overwhelming the generous fruit. The 2020 vintage shows excellent balance between power and elegance, with aging potential through 2032.
