Polished Cabernet with serious backbone and elegant dark fruit complexity.

Black cherry floods the senses immediately. Mocha weaves through graphite minerality. Bay leaf adds savory intrigue. Dark chocolate finish spans forty seconds. Tannins grip without brutality. This 2014 drinks beautifully now but rewards patience. Cellar through 2030.

🍷 You want serious Napa-quality Cabernet without the Napa price tag.

Pairs with: Grilled ribeye with herb butter, Braised short ribs, Aged manchego, Dark chocolate tart
